We know that parking at Tokonatsu has always been a bit of a challenge, and with on-site spaces fully booked for 2026, we've been working on ways to make arriving at site a smoother experience for everyone. We're pleased to announce that we are trialing a Drop Off Parking system for Tokonatsu 2026!
What is Drop Off Parking?
Drop Off Parking gives you a bookable 1-hour time slot to drive onto the car park, unload your camping gear, and get yourself set up, all before moving your car to one of the other car parks nearby.
Here's how it works:
- Book a drop-off slot as an add-on to your existing ticket order
- Arrive during your allocated time window
- Park in the designated drop-off bay in the main car park
- Head to the drop-off tent to collect wristbands for your group, you'll go straight onto the field without needing to pass through Registrations
- Unload your gear and get set up
- Move your car to one of the nearby car parks (Henlow Bridge Lakes or Arlesley Station)
- Head back to Registrations as normal to complete your check-in
This also means people helping you carry gear (even if they're not attending the event) can come onto the field with you during your slot.
When are the slots?
- Thursday — 3pm to 8pm (Early Access ticket holders)
- Friday — 11am to 8pm
How do I book a slot?
Drop Off Parking will be available to add to your existing order. If you've already purchased your ticket, you can add it by following the steps on our Modify Your Order page.
In short:
- Get your order link — use the Resend Order Details page if you've lost the email
- Open your order and click "Add additional items to this order"
- Select your preferred Drop Off Parking time slot
- Complete payment
When will slots be released?
We'll be releasing the Drop Off Parking slots shortly. We wanted to get this information out first so you know what to expect and can be ready when they go live. Keep an eye on our social media for the announcement!
