Terms and Conditions, Code of Conduct & FAQs:
Below are a list of terms and conditions, codes of conduct and FAQs that apply for any dealer or artisan attending the festival:
- All general Tokonatsu rules, terms and conditions as well as codes of conduct apply while exhibiting in the TokoMart.
- Arrival and opening times will need to be confirmed and agreed by the TokoMart Liaison prior to the festival.
- Payments are due in advance and are non-refundable should you choose to cancel less than 1 month prior to the event.
- You must bring valid ID for yourself as well as any additional people. Anyone without valid and in-date ID may be turned away.
- TokoMart costs does not include full access to the Tokonatsu Festival; an additional upgraded ticket must be purchased separately.
- Parking is booked separately, please make your request for parking on the form.
- Artisans and dealers must make their presence known upon arrival to a member of staff.
- If you cannot find a staff member, please call the contact number provided on our website.
- Size of hired tables are not guaranteed but will usually between 4 and 6 foot long.
- One additional helper and chair available upon advance request free of charge.
- Tokonatsu is not responsible for any items left in the Festival area due to the outside nature of the venue.
- All artisans and dealers must display their badge while on site.
- Artisan and dealer pitches may not be shared or transferred without prior arrangement.
- All items sold by artisans must be created by themselves.
- AI generated items are not permitted to be sold.
- All items sold must conform to British law.
- No homemade/self-made mystery boxes or blind bags unless otherwise agreed to in advance. Special terms apply, please get in touch for details.
- No unauthorized vehicles are allowed on-site.
- Additional terms and conditions, code of conduct and FAQs will be included in your welcome pack. Please be sure to read this thoroughly before attending the festival.
- Any Artisan and Dealer found to be violating our terms and conditions or code of conduct may have their permission to trade at Tokonatsu revoked at any time and no refund will be provided.
