Tokonatsu is a family friendly festival, for this reason we ask that attendees are dressed appropriately not only for the weather but also for public decency; nudity, obscenity, or intentionally offensive costumes are not permitted. If the way an attendee is dressed makes you feel unsafe or uncomfortable, please reach out to a member of staff.
If you have a large or heavy costume, make sure you have a handler and plenty of water with you!
These rules do not apply to mobility aids or assistive devices, please visit Cosplay HQ if you have any questions or concerns
The Tokonatsu Masquerade is our place for cosplayers and performers to take to the stage and show off for your friends and fellow fans! Songs, dances, or skits from cosplayers of all ages are welcome to participate.
If your cosplay is at least 50% handmade, you can choose to enter the Cosplay Competition! No reference photos or Build Books are required, just a few minutes to chat with the judges before you go onstage.
