A ticket is required for entry to Tokonatsu - make sure you have yours sorted before you arrive! We’ve made it easy with flexible payment options:
💳 Card Payment - Pay instantly through Stripe (available up to 2 weeks after ordering)
🎁 Vouchers - Got a voucher? Use it first and your tickets will be added to your basket
📅 Klarna - Split the cost over three months with “Pay in 3” or “Buy now, pay in 30 days” (New for 2026!)
Important: If you choose a pay-later option, we’ll send reminder emails. Please complete payment on time to avoid ticket cancellation.

What are the payment windows for ticket purchases?
Tokonatsu has always had the option to allow tickets to be ordered and payment made later. This is a historical option that is a left over from the days of cheque payments. As such, any order that is placed through Pretix, has the option of a "Payment Later". You will have fourteen (14) days to make payment through the ticketing system. You will receive an email with a special link that will allow you to return back to your order and make payments.
Is there a Klarna payment option?
Yes! As of 2026, through our payment partner Stripe, we are able to offer Klarna as a payment option. At this time you can use the "Klarna Pay in 3", or "Buy now pay in 30 days", interest free options. This allows you to split the cost over three months or a longer window to pay. You will see these options on the payment page during your ticket ordering process.
I'm struggling to pay for my ticket, what can I do?
We understand that times are tough, and we want to ensure everyone who wants to come to Tokonatsu can do so. If you are struggling to pay for your ticket, please contact us using our contact form and we will do our best to assist you. We want to ensure that financial difficulties don't prevent anyone from attending Tokonatsu.
Why are there so few on-site parking tickets?
The campsite that we use has a very small on-site car park. We have to ensure reserved spaces for those with Blue Badges and our crew are available. As such a limited number of on-premise parking tickets will be available during ticket purchasing. They will be on a first come first served basis.
Are there other parking options?
At this time, there are no official options, however the Tokonatsu team are working with a few local groups to expand our available parking options. These will be made available once we have make the arrangements.
Can I park on the street outside the campsite?
Please do not park on the residential streets near to the campsite. Tokonatsu respects the local residents and we do not wish to upset them. In previous years we have had issues where individuals have not been respectful of the local area and caused major issues for the local residents. We are currently working on alternative parking arrangements and will release the information shortly.
What do I do with my parking permit (on-site only)?
Please make sure you print your permit before arriving on site, while we do have an option to print on-site, this will cause a delay on your arrival. You will not be directed to park till you have a valid permit in your window, and the car parking team will likely send you to the short stay drop off area instead. Please make sure you display your permit at all times.
