We supply and manage full AV setups across the convention’s panel rooms, including sound systems, microphones, projectors, screens, and lighting — ensuring that every panel, workshop, and presentation runs smoothly and professionally.
Our technical crew provides complete video production, recording, and live streaming of HotaruCon’s staged events, from cosplay competitions to live performances, helping capture all the biggest moments for attendees and online audiences alike.
Tokonatsu brings and manages both the video games room — packed with modern consoles, retro games, and arcade classics — and the board and traditional games room, featuring a huge library of board games, classic Japanese games like Go and Shogi, and casual play spaces for all to enjoy.
Our experienced team is on hand throughout the weekend, providing behind-the-scenes technical support, troubleshooting, and assistance to help the HotaruCon team deliver a smooth and enjoyable event for everyone.
