Closure & Change 15/08/2007
Well, another Tokonatsu has drawn to a close, and as normal we'll be shutting the site again to refurbish for next year's events. However, next year won't see me as Chairman of Tokonatsu, that mantle has now been passed to Colin Barker who many of you will know as 'Myst'. I've had a fantastic time as chairman of Tokonatsu, but my personal and work schedules are now starting to seriously impact the running of the festival, and as such Colin has been most gracious in accepting the increased role. That's not to say that I won't be around, however. I'll still be the loud guy yelling incoherantly at the opening & closing ceremonies and I'll be running 'The Quiz' once more, just I'll have a bit more time to dedicate to 'improving' it for next year ^_- Our forums will keep the 'Meetings' area open until the forums fully refresh to help people stay in touch, and we'll look forward to seeing all of you next year ^_^ - SD-Chan

Special Guest 15/04/2007
We welcome our special guests Greg & Liz Dean of Real Life Comics, and in celebration have opened an additional 50 places.
Grab one before they're all gone ^_-

The doors open... 25/03/2007
...and a new year starts ^_^ Welcome one and all to Tokonatsu 2007. Registrations are open and our forums are open for business as usual. Come chat, relax and join the Tokonatsu family for another year.

Site all better! 02/08/2006
Thanks for you patience everyone!

The site is back up and running. If you notice any bits we have missed, then please feel free to let us know.

Next for Tokonatsu are plans for next year, so watch this space.

Announced Outage 01/08/2006
We must announce that the Tokonatsu website will be down for a few days over the next week due to hosting changes.

We hope that this outage does not cause you too much inconvenience, but would like to assure you that the service will be back as soon as is passable.

Site Archive 11/10/2005
New developments now include the archiving of the entire site and it's forum at 2005.tokonatsu.org.uk. The 2005 site will be preserved for nostalgia while the new site moves forward trough 2006 onwards.

Feel free to look back and reminisce, or compare facilities and event provided between years, let us know how we can improve this year for you.

Moving forward 04/10/2005
As you may have noticed, the forums have been completely locked! This is all for a good reason though.

As we begin to move forward with plans for next year, things start with the website. We have locked the forum in preparation for development on next years content and you should shortly notice changes on the site.

These changes will be announced here, so keep your eyes pealed, or use our RSS News Feed.

We were hacked 29/08/2005
As some of you may be aware, Tokonatsu has currently been hacked (no doubt by some attention seeking geek whose lack of social skills inspires him to wreck forums) so please do NOT enter the forums until we can repair the mess. We appologise for the trouble and rest assured are looking to clean it up as soon as we can.

Tokonatsu '05 is over 01/08/2005

Alternativly, why not help us out and fill-in our short Feedback Questionnare?

Not long now 14/07/2005
It's a week to go - It's time to get excited! Over the next few days feel free to post any further questions or even if you just want to be vocal about looking forward to attending, post that too!

Registrations closed 12/07/2005
Registrations are now closed and things are getting in full swing in preparation for the event.

"What can I do?" you ask? If you already have your place, you can make sure you have everything you need, from flash-lights to sun cream. If you have missed your chance this year, don't worry, there will be others. :-D
