Welcome to the 2013 Tokonatsu Dealers + Bring & Buy page. Should you have any further questions do not hesitate to get in touch.
DEALERS/ARTISTS/CRAFTS:
We offer very limited dealer spaces. The main event is the Bring & Buy which can run extremely large! Be sure to book early if you would like a dealer or artist/crafter space as they sell out extremely fast.
Businesses: Current costs are set at £30 for a medium space & £50 for a larger one. All payments are due in advance & are non-refundable should you choose to cancel less than 2 months prior to the event. Exact amount of space cannot be specified in advance & size of tables vary with each event. Should you wish to enjoy the whole weekend rather than just the Saturday an additional charge of £25 per person is required. Giving you a discount off the usual registration price.

BRING & BUY:
When: COMING SOON!
Where: COMING SOON!
How long: Usually 5/6 hours depending on the weather & what people bring.
Submission forms: COMING SOON! (If you have more than 5 items you need both of these. Do not alter the pages in any way.)
All items must be relevant to Asian & gaming culture in general. Be it Japanese, Korean, Chinese etc. We have a fairly lax policy with what is & isn't allowed however keep it reasonable. So for example "Lost" DVD's would not be acceptable, however DVD's of a Korean or Chinese Live Action TV Drama would be. Also no VHS at all. For clothing please use your judgement, as long it's Cosplay, Gaming or Lolita related it should not be a problem. So things like gaming T-Shirts are fine too. If you are unsure about a specific item you may want to bring; just get in touch if you are unsure about anything.
How to price your items: Please be sure to fill in your forms & price up your items prior to the Friday drop-off or you may be refused. You may not do this while you are dropping your items off. Items should preferably be priced using large white labels. The only thing you should have to do when you arrive is write down your ID number. Currently these are not available in advance. Make sure everything is clearly legible & easy to read. The label for each item should written as follows & you should not have more than 1 item on any given label:

-
- Item number on top left corner.
- Seller ID number on top right corner. Circled!
- Item price underneath as large as possible.
